Josh has over 25 years of experience in the homebuilding industry and is a leading entrepreneur local to the San Diego area. In addition to serving on the board of RRF, Josh is the Founder of Herbst Construction. Josh serves on the board of the Restore Recovery Foundation, where he contributes his business expertise and deep knowledge of the San Diego area to maximize the organization’s impact in the region.

Sean has a background in community engagement and is a strong advocate for mental health awareness. In addition to serving on the board of RRF, Sean is President of the King Capital Group. Sean serves on the board of the Restore Recovery Foundation, where he contributes his expertise to support the organization's mission of aiding individuals in their recovery from alcohol and substance use disorders. With a background in community engagement and a passion for mental health advocacy, Sean is dedicated to enhancing recovery opportunities and reducing stigma around addiction. His involvement reflects a commitment to making a positive impact in the community, aligning with the foundation's goals of providing treatment scholarships and raising awareness about long-term recovery.
Secretary of the Board
Tony has over 10 years of real estate finance experience and is critical in overseeing RRF’s growth strategy. In addition to serving on the board of RFF, Tony is a Senior Vice President at Alexandria Real Estate Equities. Tony serves on the board of the Restore Recovery Foundation, where he contributes his extensive real estate experience, passion for mental health, and business administration acumen to the foundations’ philanthropic plans. Tony joined Alexandria Real Estate Equities in 2009. With over a decade of leadership in the real estate industry, Tony plays a key role in shaping the company's strategic direction and growth. Prior to joining Alexandria, Tony graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy in 1999 and later earned an MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley, in 2009.
